Sommer im Atelier Culinario

La dolce vita in Schöneberg. Ein Sommertag wie in einer kleinen Trattoria in Rom – nur eben bei uns im Atelier Culinario.

An diesem Tag wird unser Atelier zur Tavola: lange Tische, geteilte Teller, wir feiern die einfachen guten Dinge, die Nachbarschaft und das Miteinander – leicht, lebendig und wie ein Abend irgendwo in Italien.

Kulinarisch begleitet wird der Tag von Stefano und Andrea, zwei wunderbare Köche aus Rom. Ihre Küche ist geprägt von Herkunft, Erfahrung, und kreaitver Herangehensweise: klassisch italienisch, ehrlich, saisonal und zum Teilen gedacht: Nehmt euch, gebt weiter, probiert euch durch. Dazu ein Glas Wein, ein wenig Musik und ein Abend, der sich langsam entfaltet.

Reservierungen nehmen wir nicht entgegen – ganz nach dem Motto „First come, first served“.

La dolce vita in Schöneberg. A summer day like in a small trattoria in Rome – only this time at Atelier Culinario.

For one day, our atelier turns into a tavola: long tables, shared plates, celebrating the simple good things, the neighborhood, and being together – light, lively, and like a summer night somewhere in Italy.

The day will be accompanied by Stefano and Andrea, two wonderful chefs from Rome. Their cooking is shaped by heritage and experience with creative approach: classic Italian cuisine that is honest, seasonal, and made for sharing.

Help yourself, pass the plates around, and taste your way through the menu. Add a glass of wine, a little music, and an evening that slowly unfolds.
