Sommer im Atelier Culinario

Für einen Abend wird das Atelier Culinario zum offenen Pinsa-Spot – irgendwo zwischen Aperitivo-Bar, Straßenküche und Italo Disco.

Aus unserem Pizzaofen kommen goldene, luftige Pinsas: knusprig im Teig, und belegt mit saisonalen raffinierten Kombinationen zum Teilen, Probieren und Noch-eine-Bestellen.

An den Kitchen-Desks stehen Ina und Ute vom Pepperstudio. Ute ist Bäckering und bringt ihren legendären Teig mit, Ina ergänzt ihn mit raffinierten, sommerlichen Toppings.

Draußen feuern wir den Ofen an, dazu gibt’s sommerliche Spritz-Variationen, gute Musik und genau die Art von Sommerabend, bei der man eigentlich nur kurz vorbeischauen wollte und dann doch bleibt.

Also, kommt vorbei und setzt euch dazu.

For one evening, Atelier Culinario turns into an open Pinsa spot — somewhere between an aperitivo bar, street kitchen, and Italo disco.

Fresh from our pizza oven come golden, airy pinsas: crisp on the outside, topped with refined seasonal combinations made for sharing, tasting, and ordering just one more.

At the kitchen desks, you’ll find Ina and Ute from Pepperstudio. Ute, a baker, brings along her legendary dough, while Ina complements it with sophisticated summer toppings.

Outside, we’ll fire up the oven, serve refreshing summer spritz variations, play good music, and create exactly the kind of summer evening where you only meant to stop by for a moment — and end up staying.
