EN Cooking Workshop with Oz and Sara from Kanaan | Israeli-Palestinian Stuffed Dishes

We are excited to welcome two new faces amongst our cooking class instructors! Oz and Sara from the renowned restaurant Kanaan in Prenzlauer Berg will bring their recipes to Atelier Culinário and share their approach to preparing and celebrating food with Israeli-Palestinian roots. Besides the cooking, you will also learn about their philosophy of bringing different people together through sharing a meaningful moment around culinary enjoyment.

The menu they concocted for you contains hearty dishes they chose from their new cookbook. Together, you will prepare pots full of an abundance of vegetables and fruit with diverse fillings and sauces, both vegetarian, vegan, and meat-based.

Oz Ben David, the Israeli cofounder of Kanaan, and Sara who is Palestinian and works at Kanaan as a chef have been working together for several years and made it their priority to create a safe space where people with different backgrounds feel welcome.
