Holy Ravioli! Open House mit Pepperstudio

Dieser Abend ist eine kleine Einladung, dem Winter etwas entgegenzusetzen: Eine Schüssel handgemachte Pasta, ein gutes Glas Wein und die einladende Atmosphäre unseres Ateliers, die euch für einen Moment vergessen lässt, wie grau und lang der Winter ist.

Die Schwestern und Köchinnen Ina und Ute Peppersack von Pepperstudio übernehmen die Küche und werden eure Gastgeberinnen. Sie bringen handgemachte Pastakreationen auf den Tisch – raffiniert gefüllt, rund im Geschmack, und von der Sorte, bei der man nach dem ersten Bissen denkt: Alles ist halb so wild. Alle Gerichte sind inspiriert von der Saison, kreativ kombiniert und entstehen aus feinen, lokalen Zutaten von Produzent*innen der Markthalle Neun.

Wir öffnen um 18:00 Uhr und bleiben bis etwas 22:30 Uhr – oder gerne länger, wenn die Stimmung es hergibt.

Es ist Open House – kommt einfach vorbei. Da unser Atelier klein ist und schnell voll wird, empfehlen wir euch, vorab einen Tisch zu reservieren unter contact@atelierculinario.de.
Tische gibt es von 18:00 – 20:00 Uhr oder von 20:30 – 22:30 Uhr. 

Open House at Atelier Culinario

This evening is an invitation to meet winter with something warm: a bowl of handmade pasta, a good glass of wine, and the welcoming atmosphere of our atelier – enough to make you forget, for a moment, how grey and long the season feels.

The sisters and chefs Ina and Ute Peppersack from Pepperstudio will take over the kitchen and host the evening. They serve handmade pasta creations – delicately filled, beautifully rounded in flavour, and exactly the kind of food that makes you think after the first bite: everything is half as bad. All dishes are inspired by the season, thoughtfully composed, and made with fine local ingredients from producers of Markthalle Neun.

We open at 6:00 pm and stay until around 10:30 pm –or longer, if the evening unfolds that way.

Tables are available either from 6:00 – 8:00 pm or from 8:30 -10:30 pm.
