Argentinisches Brunch-Wochenende im Atelier Culinario –
11:00 – 17:00 Uhr
Am Wochenende des 21. und 22. Juni begrüßt das Atelier Culinario zwei besondere Gastköche: Juan Pablo und Emilio – beide stammen aus dem Süden Argentiniens und sind heute aktive Mitglieder der lebendigen Berliner Gastroszene. Mit Stationen im Michelberger, bei Kink und Kramer bringen sie eine besondere Mischung aus argentinischer Kochtradition und saisonalen, regionalen Zutaten mit.
Emilio ist zudem in der argentinischen Community für sein Projekt „Bardera Medialunas“ bekannt, das er gemeinsam mit seiner Partnerin Paloma führt und sich auf frische Medialunas spezialisiert – zarte, halbmondförmige Gebäcke, leicht süß, buttrig und in Argentinien heißgeliebt. Wie Croissants – nur besser!
Die Türen öffnen um 11:00 Uhr, und wir bleiben bis etwa 17:00 Uhr – oder länger, wenn die Stimmung es hergibt. Es ist ein Open House: kommt einfach vorbei! Wir haben drinnen und draußen auf der Terrasse Sitzplätze vorbereitet – ideal für einen entspannten, genussvollen Tag.
Argentinian Brunch Weekend at Atelier Culinario
21 & 22 June 2025 | 11 am – 5 pm
On the weekend of June 21st and 22nd, Atelier Culinario welcomes two special guest chefs: Juan Pablo and Emilio, both originally from the South of Argentina and now active members of Berlin’s vibrant gastronomy scene. With experience at renowned spots like Michelberger, Kink, and Kramer, they bring a unique blend of Argentinian culinary tradition and seasonal, local ingredients.
Emilio is also known within the Argentinian community for his project „Bardera Medialunas“, that he runs together with his partner Paloma and that is specializing in fresh medialunas – delicate, crescent-shaped pastries that are slightly sweet, buttery, and beloved across Argentina. Think of them as croissants – but better.
Our doors open at 11:00 am, and we’ll keep going until around 5:00 pm – or longer, if the atmosphere invites it. It’s an open house: just come by! We’ll have tables set up both inside and out on our terrace, ready for a relaxed and flavorful gathering.
